This tea is as pure and natural as it gets, harvested from wild tea bushes that grow in the mountains near Zhenghe. This is a spicier white, with a light, peppery, earthy body, with farmhouse depth and a smooth finish. The leaves are in beautiful condition, so the gaiwan or teapot should be thoroughly stuffed for full flavor.
This tea lasts for about 6-8 brews, when steeped the normal fashion, after which it can be placed in water as it boils for further infusions. Brewing in this manner will bring out the tea's sweeter elements.
