Phoenix Dancong
The teas of Phoenix Mountain are renowned for their floral, fruity, woodsy qualities. The teas of this region are generally referred to as Dancong ("single bush") teas, as, traditionally, leaves from each bush would be kept separate, so that each tea highlighted the flavor of one particular plant. Though this region is generally known for its wulong teas, in very rare cases, leaves from these bushes are also used to make black or white teas.
